The Detroit Lions went back to work Wednesday — starting a three-day minicamp — after the team’s final two organized team activities were canceled because previous ones were deemed too intense by the NFL and players’ union. The Lions seem content to keep OLB Julian Peterson despite his $7.5 million salary and the fact he turns 32 in July and is coming off a down season with 4.5 sacks.
